Empanelment of Advocates

The following qualifications are required to apply for empanelment of advocate with Repco Bank

 

  • The advocate/ firm shall have minimum 5 years (or 3 years in the case of advocates belonging to SC/ST) of practice in the civil side.
  • The advocate (or individual in a firm) shall have knowledge in commercial matters, Banking Laws, Property Laws and special laws with regard to recovery of money.
  • The advocate/ firm shall be empanelled in at least one Financial Institution.
  • The advocate/ firm to be willing to abide by the Bank's terms and conditions applicable to Panel Advocate.
  • The advocate/ firm should undertake that he/she shall bestow personal attention to the work entrusted and that after empanelment he/she/they shall not appear/ advise against any branch or office of the Bank and will also not represent interests which are adverse to Bank’s interests.
  • Copies of Enrolment certificate, LLB/ BL Certificate, empanelment letters from other financial institution, if any and PAN card to be sent along with the Bio Data.
