Smt. R.S. Isabella, Managing Director of the Bank, has an outstanding academic record to her credit, being a State Rank Holder in Higher Secondary Examinations and also a Gold Medalist in B.Com., besides holding a Master’s degree in Bank Management (MBM) and a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutions. She is the recipient of the Best Student—All-Rounder Award in College. She is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. She started her career in Karur Vysya Bank as an officer in 1993 and has worked in various capacities in almost all key operational segments of banking specializing as a credit officer. She joined Repco Bank in the year 1999 and has handled important portfolios such as credit, information technology, accounts and audits, pensions, repatriate rehabilitation, and human resource training. She was instrumental in the introduction of the Loan Origination System—online processing and sanction of credit proposals and establishment of a disaster recovery centre for the bank’s IT operations and the introduction of the Redundancy Leased Line for all branches. She is an active member of the Credit Committee, Investment Committee, IT Steering Committee, Asset Liability Committee, Settlement Advisory Committee, etc. She has rich experience in banking for more than two decades and has been instrumental in the formulation of policies and the implementation of systems and procedures in key functional areas.

“Best NPA Management” and “Best Youth Employee Strategy” among cooperative banks at the National Cooperative Banking Summit 2016 held in New Delhi by Banking Frontiers.

“Excellence in Project Finance” for the outstanding work done in project finance during the Annual Construction Industry Awards 2016 function organized by “Kattumana Thozhil” at Chennai.

“State Level Awards in SHG – Bank Linkage Programme” for best performance during the FY 2016-17 awarded by NABARD at Chennai.

Awarded “Best Customer Acquisition Award ” among Co-operative Banks in the National Cooperative Banking Summit 2017 held at Jaipur by Banking Frontiers.

“Best Performance in Chennai Region ” from the Government of Tamilnadu for higher SHG loans distributed in Chennai District during 2016-17

Shri O.M. Gokul MD I/C

Shri O.M. Gokul has been associated with Repco Bank since 1992. He is a B.Com graduate from the University of Madras with a PGDCA and has completed CAIIB.

He has rich and varied experience in almost all key operating segments of the banking sector. He has held assignments in the areas of Branch management, Credit, Accounts & Audit, and General Administration, in various capacities. He has been a successful Manager in all branches where he was the head. Presently, he is an active member of the Credit committee, Investment Committee, and Settlement Advisory Committee.

He is also a trustee in the Repatriates Welfare Trust, Repco Bank (Employees’) Pension Trust, and Repco Foundation for Micro Credit.

During his tenure in credit management, he was able to implement computerized operations in Loan Processing. During his association with the HR Department, he has been able to motivate, guide, and steer the workforce to strive for more and achieve results. In November 2015 he took over as General Manager – General Administration and in 2018 he took over as General Manager Purchases & premises and Legal and Recovery Division. In 2021 he was General Manager of Operations looking after Accounts and Audit, Legal and Recovery, and also Internal Audit and Inspection.

He is an avid cricketer and has a penchant for visiting temples.

Presently, he is the Managing Director In-Charge.
